Our AE-SEALs understand every federal agencies/bureaus are hampered by the ongoing challenges of decades-old systems; an ever-increasing volume, variety, and velocity of data; IT budget constraints; and a lack of speed while taxpayers are demanding better and faster services. In order to enable the federal enterprise to deliver the information at the speed of thought, our AE-SEALs analyze areas of common activity within or between organizations, where information and other resources are exchanged to guide future states through an integrated viewpoint of blueprinting, sequencing, road-mapping, and transformation. We make the business benefits of change very clear and devise a series of roadmaps from the integrated viewpoint for how to move from the current state to the blueprint.
